    Fans are encouraged to focus their streaming efforts on platforms including Melon, Genie, Flo, Bugs, Never Vibe. Please also stream on YouTube and Spotify if possible/preferred.

    Melon
    -Only verified accounts can be used
    -To log in, click the gear icon in the top right corner. Click the empty profile image then sign in using your Melon ID or Kakaotalk.
    -Unlimited streaming: Create playlist and turn on the 'loop' option
    -Limited streaming: Create playlist but only stream song once per hour. Do not turn on the 'loop' option.
    -Give the album and songs a 'Like' by pressing the heart

    YouTube
    -Open a browser
    -Open the Youtube website
    -Search for the Music Video in the search bar
    -Click the video (only watch from the official SMTOWN channel)
    -Play the music video from beginning until the end in 480P or a higher quality
    -Stream other NCT 127 Music videos
    -Repeat the steps
    -Multiple browsers can be used and are recommended during the first 24 hours

    -We highly encourage fans to NOT use playlists during the first week of release, especially during the first 24 hours of release. Playlists should contain at least 2-3 videos. Enabling shuffle and loop is fine. Use this method ONLY if you are busy or as a last resort. We advise you to switch playlists from time to time to avoid bot behavior.
    -Do not use multiple tabs or incognito windows, ad blockers, autoplay or clear the cache/history

    Spotify
    -Stream songs from any popular playlist NCT 127 tracks are added to. This helps the songs appear on charts such as Spotify's Viral 50 World Chart Spotify Top Indonesia Chart.
    -Give the album and songs a 'Like' by pressing the heart

    Apple Music
    -Stream from any popular playlist NCT 127's tracks are added to
    -Do not add songs to the library or streams will not count
    -If you do not currently have a subscription, you can get a 1 month free trial when signing up for premium
